We offer a 14 day return policy on all items sold. What does this mean for you? You have 14 days from the day you receive your product/s to call or email us. We will then issue a refund via PayPal or Credit Card once the item is returned to us. We do sell new and used products so we have found that this is the best way to let customers install and test the product. We try to maintain a high feedback score and we are always willing to work with you on any problem. So please contact us before you resort to leaving negative feedback. We are not responsible for and do not take returns for the following: Installation errors or shipping damage. We strongly advise you to buy shipping insurance to protect your investment.
