Overview

We offer a 30-Day return policy on all items sold. You have 30 days from the day you receive your product/s to contact us in order to return your item for a full refund or exchange. We do sell used products, so we have found that it is best to let our customers install and test the product upon receiving the item. We try to maintain a high feedback score and we are always willing to work with you on any problem. So please contact us before you resort to leaving negative feedback or opening a request with eBay. We are NOT responsible for and do not take returns for the following: Installation errors, Electrical Overload or shipping damage via a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

A restocking fee of 25% may be applied.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at information@integrityelectricdirect.com and send your item to: 8949 E Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46219.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to:8949 E Washington St. Indianapolis, IN 46219.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

Most of our Items have a warranty of some type. These types include 30 Day, 90 Day, 1 Year and 2 Year. Our warranty and company is not a representative of the manufacturing company. The Warranty is covered only by Integrity Electric, this warranty covers failure to be fully operational during warranty activation time and seller discretion. Seller discretion means that we reserve the right to choose either a replacement, repair, deny or refund after the initial 30 days is up. When contacting us about the warranty the more information you provide the better we will be able to assist you in exchanging or giving you a refund less than or equal to that of the cost of the item. The warranty does not cover: Shipping damage in the event of a return from buyer to seller, damage due to installation error and/or and electrical overload.
